The story is mostly about Kaz Brekker, Inej Ghafa, Nina Zenik, Jesper Fahey, Matthias Helvar, Wylan Van Ec and the impossible mission they have to complete in Ice Court. The way the characters are introduced and how the mission effect every one of them makes the book perfect and interesting to read.
